Skirmish games give odd result

I just played a 2v2 skirmish game. Everybody seemed to connect well, but as we entered the game it disconnected us. I continued to play the game against AI and have soundly beaten it. Except, as you can see from the link, the Pantheon server seems to disagree with me. Which game did it record, and why did I lose?
